The Sweatshirt Hipster
He has a real name probably and he's not really that much of a hipster. He's a frequently bewildered and sensitive type...a bit of a lefty and a bit cynical (he'd say realistic)...
Rik
He's S.H.'s best friend. They're a lot alike. He too is pretty pessimistic though perhaps a little less sarcastic.
GOP Congressman
This guy's main point is that he's angry. He has no time for the petty annoyances of the likes of S.H. and Rik.
The Man On The Street
MOTS represents a certain demographic: one primarily concerned with how its stock portfolio is performing. He's not a bad guy or anything; he's just...focused.
John Bolton
John Bolton was the recess appointment for US Ambassador to the UN. He was feared for his temper and his disdain for the organization itself...I couldn't have made him up if I'd tried. He has a really cool moustache though, which conveniently makes him look like a human cartoon.
The Policelady
She's no-nonsense and she takes no guff. She takes the law (and everything else) very seriously.
Richie
He's a loveable little dude who's a bit of a slacker. He doesn't do anyone any harm but sometimes finds himself in trouble with the law.
The Emcee
This jokester is a comedy roast regular. He's usually soused.
Rip Porterman
This muckraker could rake a lot more muck if the papers would let him actually do any reporting. Politicians avoid his line of questioning. He gets frustrated. He still tries though.
Entertain-O-Bot-2100
This clunker is a robot who comes up with new TV shows for Hollywood. He's responsible for some of the biggest hits on television.
Nobody else has been in more than one or two strips or else is the President (we all know who he is I should hope!). I'm sure there'll be more new and recurring folks as time goes by...Now check out the comics if you'd like to, here...
